Supporting people with disability to live a good life
Participants are funded through their individual NDIS plans to access services and support that is considered “reasonable and necessary” to achieve desired outcomes. These services and support measures fall into different categories, each aligned with their specific purpose.
We are a registered NDIS provider with experience in the assessment and treatment to help a person with a disability to gain independence, increase mobility, improve their wellbeing and comfort.
We provide updates within 24 hours of the initial appointment.
We spend time to get to know our clients and liaise with their stakeholders which will ensure the right level of support is provided.
Initial appointments are completed within 14days of accepting the referral.
I then joined a proper chess club at the South Perth Library. Gail accompanies me every week. We browse the library for some great new reads, and I get to play chess – wonderful! I met many other Chess players, and gradually, with Gails support, I started to come out of my shell and made many new friends.

Mitch completed his Masters of Physiotherapy at The University of
Sydney in 2016. Since then he has been working across numerous
Sydney practices, including Caringbah, Bankstown and Revesby.
Mitch has a strong interest in sports rehabilitation, previously
working within the Vanuatu Cricket Team, Menai Roosters Rugby
league, Revesby Workers Football Club as well as Fire & Rescue NSW.
Mitch also works within the Occupational sector providing workplace
training, injury prevention programming and treating workplace
injuries. Mitch is a big believer in treating all patients with the
best available treatments, and taking his time with his patients, to
allow them to have the best understanding of how to overcome their
injuries.
Away from work, you will find Mitch in the surf, at the gym or
spending time with his growing family. When we asked Mitch why he
loves being a physiotherapist he said; ‘I just want to assist people
to get the best out of themselves, to be able to do all the things
they want to do without having to deal with the pain/frustration of
their injuries!’.
